چکیده
Abstract Irrigation is key to increasing crop yield and meeting the global demand for food. This study reports assessment of tomato water consumption by bioristor, a new in vivo an Organic ElectroChemical Transistor-based biosensor. Bioristor enables direct, real-time acquisition biophysical information about plant’s requirements directly from plant sap, thus input can be adjusted accordingly. The aim this demonstrate efficacy bioristor rapidly detecting changes status enhancing use irrigation efficiency cultivation with significant savings supply. To end, experiments were carried out 2018 2020 Parma (Italy) fields under different regimes. sensor response index (R) produced recorded real time health status, highlighting excess supplied as well occurrence drought stress during growing season. In both years, showed that amount could have been reduced 36% or more. also measured timing duration leaf wetting: 438 h 409 2020, respectively. These results open up perspectives more sustainable approaches pesticide application procedures.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Population Modeling Approach to Optimize Crop Harvest Strategy. The Case of Field Tomato
In this study, the aim is to develop a population model based approach to optimize fruit harvesting strategies with regard to fruit quality and its derived economic value. This approach was applied to the case of tomato fruit harvesting under Vietnamese conditions. Fruit growth and development of tomato (cv. "Savior") was monitored in terms of fruit size and color during both the Vietnamese win...

ABSTRACT- Soilless cultivation systems are used to attain higher performance, improve crop quality, conserve water and land, and protect the environment better. This study has attempted to use some agricultural wastes and organic matter, and management practices to optimize water holding capacity of cultural media, which are suitable for the growth of tomato seedlings (Solanum lycopersicum.). F...

use of remote sensing to monitor crop residue coverage and tillage intensity
satellite imagery was used as a rapid and spatially explicit method to delineate crop residue cover and to estimate the use and intensity of conservation tillage. the potential of multispectral high-spatial resolution of worldview-2 local data was evaluated using 11 satellite spectral indices and linear spectral unmixing analysis (lsua). experimental plots were examined; residue cover was measu...
